What's included in an overnight houseboat stay?
Lunch, evening tea with snacks, dinner and next morning's breakfast, freshly cooked on board; a private crew; bedding and towels; AC in the bedrooms at night (9 pm – 6 am).
Where do we board, and what are the timings?
Most cruises start from Alleppey (Punnamada / Finishing Point) or Kumarakom. Check-in is 12 noon and check-out 9 am. We can arrange a car from Kochi airport or your hotel.
Does the houseboat move at night?
By government rule, houseboats cruise until about 5:30 pm and stay anchored at night — calm and quiet for sleeping.
Can you cook vegetarian, Jain or kids' food?
Yes — tell us when you book and the cook plans the menu for you.
What is your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 7 days before check-in; 50% of the advance refunded 3–7 days before; no refund within 72 hours.
